During the 'Waygood International Art Fayre' plans were laid to drum up PARTY support amongst the community in the Newcastle locale.
Reactor installed themselves underground, taking chosen comrades to follow the 'party line'. Only through the co-operation of the whole community could their quests be completed and disaster averted.
