Now summer is close and outdoor pursuits are less forbidding, Reactor's latest participatory adventure
invites us outside once again. Set in Austrian parkland, Munkanon is populated by anonymous chipmunk
figures who promise enlightenment to individuals who successfully negotiate their way through this
secret society. Those who have experienced Reactor's previous 'Alice in Borstal-land' style events will
be familiar with the authoritarian characters, disorientation and complete submission to seemingly
arbitrary or alien rules that define Reactor's practice. Donau Festival in Austria will be the setting
for Munkanon.
